Shipping Fees

Plant Subscriptions are all packaged and shipped free of charge.

    Jungle Bundles are all packaged and shipped free of charge

    Free delivery applies to all Shop orders over £50. A shipping charge of £5.99 will apply to all orders below £50.

    Surcharge of £8.00 may apply to remote areas of the UK. Please contact us at hello@plantpetclub.co.uk to confirm. 

    Plant Deliveries

    All orders placed by Sunday noon are dispatched following Monday to Wednesday. Plants reach customers’ doors towards the end of the week, usually on Thursdays and Fridays. 

    Any changes to your subscription must be made at least one week before your plant is due to arrive. Simply email hello@plantpetclub.co.uk and we will get back to you within two working days. 

    Damage Claims 

    Due to the perishable nature of plants, refunds and exchanges only apply in the event of damages. 

    Plants and pots are fragile cargo and occasional damages are inevitable. If you receive a damaged plant or pot, you must make a report within 3 days of receipt to receive a replacement. 

    To make a damage claim, email hello@plantpetclub.co.uk and include a photograph of the damage with the exterior packaging and the delivery label visible. Without this we will not be able to provide you with a replacement.

    Please Note:

    Our couriers attempt delivery three times and then hold your delivery at a local depot for several days, after which it gets shipped back to us (please note the procedure might change due to the COVID 19 increased volume of business on couriers). As plants are unlikely to survive in their box for this long, we reserve the right to refuse to send you a replacement.

    If your delivery has not turned up, please contact us within 3 days the scheduled delivery date so that we can investigate. If we are contacted after this period, we cannot guarantee that your plants will be in good health, or that your delivery will not have been diverted.
